Developing my subject matter, I attempted to create a collage out of the dirty clothes in my washing basket. Possibly inspired by one too many horror films at Halloween, I tried to create the feeling of the dirty washing reaching out to the viewer.

I then reacted to the imagery with more collages. Created at two in the morning out of guilt, after a day of not creating anything, these works turned into self portraits of a negative state of mind.
